Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This page is a general purpose privacy policy template written to reflect how this website and business currently operate. It is not legal advice. Before publishing, have it reviewed by a qualified professional to confirm it meets your obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and any applicable NDIS Commission requirements. If "Reach Adventure Hub" is your registered business name, check whether that exact legal name should appear here alongside the "Reach Adventure" trading name.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Reach Adventure ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information, including sensitive information such as health and disability related details, in connection with this website and the support services provided.

How it's stored and protected
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, including limiting access to what's needed to provide support, and storing records appropriately. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect information against misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
When information may be shared
We don't sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Your support coordinator or plan manager, where relevant and with your knowledge
- Emergency services or another trusted person, where necessary to protect health or safety
- Regulatory bodies such as the NDIS Commission, where required by law
- Professional advisers (such as an accountant), bound by confidentiality

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as part of that request; no other information is shared with Google through this site. If analytics or other third party tools are added in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.
