About Reach Adventure
Adventure isn't a marketing word here
It's how Sandra believes confidence actually gets built: by doing things, not just talking about them.
Sandra's story
A life built on adapting, and thriving anyway
Sandra's own story starts with resilience. She came to Australia as a young refugee, arriving through the humanitarian program at two years old after her family fled war. She's called Australia home ever since, and that background shapes a deep cultural sensitivity alongside a genuine love for the Australian way of life she grew up in.
Professionally, Sandra has spent more than five years working in disability and complex support: not behind a desk, but in it, through routines, transport, appointments, hard days and genuinely good ones. Alongside the hands on work, she built up real depth in compliance, internal auditing, NDIS systems, documentation and technology, the unglamorous side of the sector that quietly determines whether support actually runs safely and properly.
Sandra is known for staying calm and steady when things get tricky, and for quickly settling difficult situations without losing sight of the person in front of her. She's currently undertaking nursing studies alongside her support work, extending her clinical understanding in parallel with her hands on experience. That said, Reach Adventure isn't a clinical or medical service; any complex or clinical need is discussed and assessed individually, never assumed to be automatically available.
Underneath all of it is a person centred, trauma informed and dignity focused approach: choice, pace and control sit with the participant, always. Sandra now leads a small team ranging in age from 20 to 65, bringing a genuinely wide mix of life experience and skills to every kind of support.

How Reach Adventure works
Support that looks like a life, not a service
Real experiences over routine tasks
Getting outside, trying new things and building a life that actually feels good: that's the starting point, not an add-on.
Skills that stick
From cooking dinner to editing a photo to learning a new hobby, every skill is a step toward more independence and more confidence.
Independence, at your pace
Choice and control aren't just NDIS words here. They're how every session is actually run.
Part of the community
Markets, sport, volunteering, mates: being part of things, not on the outside of them.
